About Our Remote Support Services
When we connect to your computer for a remote support session, we do so through a secure, encrypted connection. The support key required above to establish the connection can be used one-time only. That means once we disconnect from a remote support session, we cannot reconnect to your computer without providing you with a new support key that you must enter.
Unattended Remote Support
If you wish for us to provide maintenance to a computer or server while you are away or wish for us to have ongoing access to one or more of your computers for emergency work or routine maintenance, we can easily setup unattended remote support. That allows us to connect remotely at anytime to the computer(s) you authorize. You remain in full control and can disable or uninstall unattended remote support at any time.
