We make sure that your computers are updated and running properly, protected from malware and backed up successfully. When we identify areas needing improvement or potential issues, we perform the necessary maintenance and remediation tasks remotely in a timely manner.

Managed Cloud Backup

Helps protect your business from data loss due to hardware failures, malicious activity and other disasters.  You’re not fully protected from these types of disasters unless you have an offsite backup of your data and our Managed Cloud Backup provides that offsite backup.

In a word, no.  A weekly visit by a computer professional is not nearly as thorough nor cost effective as our Managed IT Services.  Since our software is always monitoring your computers, we have much more insight about the health, performance and security of your computers than what can be observed from a single snapshot in time during a weekly visit.

With our software automation, we are able to automate many routine maintenance tasks to further reduce costs over traditional manual methods.

Absolutely!  We always welcome the opportunity to work with in-house IT personnel to help enhance their efforts.  We can monitor the health, performance and security of your computers and automatically provide your IT person with alerts that require attention.

We can also utilize our software automation to automate routine tasks to free up your IT personnel to work on projects to move your company forward.

Our Remote Monitoring and Management service is the core and foundation of our Managed IT Services.  It is the only requirement to receiving any of our additional Managed IT Services options.

We use a layered approach to security since no single antivirus product is 100% effective 100% of the time.

With antivirus only, your computers are allowed to access malicious websites and the antivirus software is totally responsible for the protection of your computers.

Our additional security layers prevent your computers from requesting access to known malicious websites.  As a result, your computers are blocked from accessing 88% of known malicious websites before your antivirus software is called on to do its job.

Our security suite also looks for suspicious activity that may have evaded other defenses.

Multi-layered security provides greater protection since, if one layer misses a threat, there are additional layers to make the catch.

We can perform availability monitoring of network and internet connected devices, such as printers, websites, surveillance cameras, time clocks, etc.  When these monitored devices are offline and unavailable, we are alerted and can either take action where appropriate or notify you of the issue.

Why do we provide availability monitoring of network devices?  Just imagine discovering that:

  • your surveillance cameras stopped recording weeks ago and you need video documentation of an incident
  • your website is down and you’re wondering how long it’s been that way
  • a network printer used to print payroll checks has been down for days and you only realized it when it was time to print payroll checks
