Relocated iSeries operations in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina for a multi-state cold storage and warehousing company.

We secured one of the first iSeries systems available from IBM as a contingency to recovering their production system. The production system was in fact recovered from the corporate office in New Orleans and relocated to a branch office in Houston where it was reconfigured to allow their unaffected offices in other states to continue normal operations.
